W.Bro. Kevin Mullin his wife Phylis held their Ladies Festival Weekend at the
Queens Hotel, Meyrick Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3DL
from Friday 9th May 2008 until after breakfast on Sunday 11th
May 2008. A most enjoyable weekend was had by the Brethren and their
wives and guests, with a dinner and a disco on the Friday evening followed by the Ladies Night on
Saturday which comprised of the Presidents reception with photographer in attendance,
and a 5 course Banquet Dinner with accompanying music. The evening was
played and danced out out after the customary toasts and speeches with
music by the 3 Piece Cabaret, SIDE ONE
and
the weekend was completed by a full English breakfast on Sunday morning (for
those who could get up to eat it!) before
departure.
The money raised from the evening will go to the President's Charity which this year
is, the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institute 2009 Festival.
